  FSBOHomes is a great way to sell your home by yourself. You get all the support you need to make this a smooth sale. Plus, you save a LOT of money from high realtor commissions. I would highly recommend this company and especially Jamie Killian in the Sarasota, FL office.

  The staff at the Coon Rapids branch of FSBOHomes.com were fantastic to work with! Very knowledgeable and professional in their approach. Paul was always willing to share his expertise in the market, and Mallory put together a wonderful virtual walk-through and photo collage which really helped sell our home. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of selling your own home. I know we will if we ever do it again!

  FSBO Homes.com and our support person Jerry was fabulous.
  Timely, professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. I can honestly say, every time I called or contacted Jerry throughout this process he answered. He was also good about his follow up with me on our end and checking in. Selling a house can be a stressful difficult time. Jerry and FSBO was perfect for the job.

  There probably aren't client reviews here because the parent company pushes them towards Facebook and Google+. Jerry was very professional and helpful through our home selling process, as was the lawyer who reviewed our documents. The photographer was amazing! He spent a lot of time and the house was shown to best advantage. Our buyer had an agent so we ended up paying that commission but we still saved thousands. This could be better if it also got you on the MLS, and that's why 4 1/2 stars (but can't do that so you see 4!) Tip: Use a staging company! Best $700 we spent.
