Received a custom fishing rod as a gift and called and asked a few questions, very helpful but not always open. Nice quality fishing rods.

I recently broke my scheels edition precision noddle. Went on their site to find out they had warranty that covers self inflicted issues. Called up the business and asked if I could drop of my rod in person, they greeted me with, heck yeah, bring it in with the paperwork filled out.

When I got to their site, the gentleman behind the counter greeted me and advise he’ll be with me shortly, because he was dealing with another customer. When my turn came, handed my rod, paperwork, chatted, told me he’ll go look to see if they have a replacement ready, 2 mins later he comes out with the same exact rod. (By now I’m super happy because I didn’t have to wait for one to be built).

We chatted while he was processing my warranty, shared our fishing stories.

Ordered a new ice rod (precision noodle) and had some hiccups with the shipping.. however, customer service was awesome and very responsive. Not only did they refund my shipping charges, but they sent me an awesome tucr hoody to boot. Awesome rod.. great company.. highly recommend!
