I'm so glad I found this place. I absolutely loved this place and look forward to many more visits once our adoptive dog comes home 💕 The prices were very good compared to other pet stores I've been to with a lot of great options.

On-line ordering is the bomb. When I picked up my order, I received a goody bag of samples. On-line ordering is so convenient too. The staff knows your pets name when you show up with them & if you don’t, they will ask about them. I will gladly pay a little bit more for this type of customer service.

Really helpful staff. Steve greeted me and helped me find exactly what I needed. Very patient answering questions and explained their reward and return policies. Showed a sincere interest in my pet and making sure my needs were met. For a small store it has a good selection of food and items. Prices are comparable to petco. Love that they are a local company! I will shop here again.
