GOPHER STATE STORAGE — EAST BETHEL

The staff are fantastic, the prices are great, and it's more than secure.
I just wish it was open later.
I have no choice but to be at the hotel I'm in which is located in Roseville, so by the time I get my chance to drive all the way up there it's late, and it's expensive.

John was great to work with. The units are very nice. I will definitely give him my business again if I need more storage in the future.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Gopher State Storage in East Bethel, ran by John, the most kind, understanding, down to earth and extremely friendly person I have ever encountered. He is a business man but he is also very much a family man. I ran into financial problems but he worked with me and I am forever grateful. I would send everyone I know to this place. Very secure and hassle free. Go see for yourself!!

The only thing that sucks since the most recent change to new ownership is that there are no garbage receptacles for renters to access. However, I have been in the storage facility with a unit for 15 years and will probably always pay for one. New code access makes it really convenient for 24-hour access.

Got a chance to talk to one of the owners, Dave. He was very polite and friendly and made sure he listened about what was happening and dealt with the issues that where happening. Thank you. Wish him the best of luck with this facility.

Raised rates and changed due date with no notice. No access code sent and Had to contact them and wait to get into my storage .Did not have approval to auto deduct from my bank and they did anyways, had sent them a check for payment and was not told until after that they no longer take checks. Hard to get ahold of.
