Pancheros Mexican Grill

I could eat here weekly! Anyone that goes here has to try the queso. Seriously, so much better than Chipotle in my opinion. Food is amazing and the staff is always so sweet and kind.

This location is amazing from my experience. The lunch hour is when I go, and all of the women who I see cooking and prepping are fantastic! They’re super at their job!

I’d advise given us patrons an option to tip the workers on our receipts. These workers deserve our gratitude, and hopefully know they’re appreciated.

1st visit to Pancheros and very pleased. Very good service, great fresh meal and unique process. Press and grilled tortilla is great. They do 1 other thing NO similar business does and it makes a difference.

This place has considerably better tortillas and queso than Chipotle. Where Chipotle has an advantage is better quality or perhaps flavor of meat options. Overall, l enjoy the food and prefer it to Chipotle. The 3 star rating is reflective of how spotty the customer service is. When I last went there the employees clearly didn't want to help you and seem bothered to be working. It was obvious enough I may avoid this location or go to Chipotle.

** 12/23/20 Update: I continuously return to Pancheros and appreciate their consistent quality. Their tortillas are so good! As such I'm updating my review to a 4 star rating.
