It’s easy to get through this store in my power wheelchair with its wide aisles, and it’s always neat and orderly, even with so many people coming through. I’ve never found a better price on chicken, and the deals throughout are worth the membership. I try to come first thing in the morning to avoid crowds, plus I use scan and go to pay on my phone app.

My one gripe with Sam’s is the gas attendant never does anything. There was an altercation yesterday at the pump between two people with screaming, yelling, hand gestures, but no attendant. Lines were long and this was right at the pump. This could have been a safety issue. But even other times when someone obviously needs help, no one comes out to help. Or why are so many pumps closed off so often rather than fixed? Does the attendant even tell anyone there is a problem?

I still give 5 stars to Sam’s because I’m not including the gas station in that part.

Busy as usual. We used the scan and go in the app. We went right passed the long checkout lines and out the door. Scan as you put your stuff in the cart and don't have to unload at checkout. Easy to use.
