I’ve met almost all of the vets at Kelley over the years, and I’ve been incredibly impressed with each one. This team is highly dedicated to the welfare of the pets under their care, and they take as much time as necessary to explain illnesses and treatment plans. They also are very patient and accommodating with fearful dogs. I’ve been with Kelley since around 2008, and I wouldn’t consider taking my dogs anywhere else - until now, as I have to move to SW FL for my husband’s new job. Thank you, Kelley, for such wonderful, compassionate care you provided my dogs over the past 15 years. I will miss you.

We’ve been bringing our 2 yorkie mixes here for many years and always able to get in when needed and everyone’s been very friendly and compassionate. One night we unexpectedly woke up to a very sick pup and just knew our time with him was coming to an end.We were heartbroken, and I left a voicemail before Kelley’s opened explaining what we were experiencing. They called back right when they opened and said they could see us at 2:30, but would call if they could see us sooner. At 10am they called and got us in at 1045. As soon as we got there they brought us into a side room where they had gentle music playing. Everyone we encountered was very caring and compassionate, knowing how difficult it was for us. They gave him an exam and talked through potential options. We knew in our hearts it was time and they gave us as much time as we needed and never made us feel rushed, giving us their full attention-even though we were unexpected. Very caring as we went through the process, and when it was all done they let us stay in the room for as long as we needed-which had a side exit door so we could leave without going through the main entrance. No matter what, it was a very difficult and hard process to go through-but they helped us get through it and would highly recommend them for all your pets needs.

We have been with Kelley Hosp. for years and we love it here. All the Doctors are kind and professional. We recently lost our beloved dog, Mushu of 7 1/2 years. He was diagnosed with kidney disease a year and a half ago. He should have left us sooner but thanks to the staff we were able to extend his life by giving him fluid treatments at home. They were always quick in getting us in when Mushu relapsed and their response time felt as speedy and urgent as ours. They went above and beyond to help us through a heart breaking time. Mushu left us recently and as devastated as we are we are so thankful for their help and compassion. Special thanks to Dr. Troy who Mushu especially grew to love visiting. We love our pets as if they're our children. We know they are in good hands here and will never leave because Mushu's lifetime of care was here. Just wish the tears would stop flowing. RIP our beloved baby.

This place is simply the best. I have two elderly cats that can no longer got to the vet; because of this, Kelley animal has been so awesome in working with my house call vet to ensure my cats get their needed prescription food etc... I have attempted to work with other vet offices closer to home, but none of them have the customer service that Kelley does. The front desk team is amazing and I'm grateful they are so good at what they do! For this reason, I will continue to make the drive to this place! Thanks to the team at Kelley Animal Hospital!

I love this place! I called first thing in the morning for an emergency appointment and they got him in right away! The Vet is amazing!! He knew what was wrong with Buster right away just by touching it! He gave us an antibiotic and the lump was gone after 24 hours!! It's a bit spendy but worth it!!
