Management is awesome, personable and quick to respond to any maintenance requests. Despite one inconsiderate and noisy neighbor, Baywood is a quiet and peaceful place to live. The trees within and surrounding the apartments give Baywood a special and unique apartment experience. I would recommend Baywood to anyone looking for a mellow and well-maintained apartment complex!

I have lived here for 2 years now and could not be happier! The community is going through upgrades and has been for a little while but we are now seeing the finished products at the pools and they have been worth the wait! The community has been well maintained and the office team is always very open and helpful! I recently moved to a one bedroom from my two bedroom and cannot believe how much space they have, I will be staying at Baywood for years to come!

Christos is a beautiful place to walk and pray. They have trails, benches and a labyrinth. A great place to experience the quiet.
