Garden Oaks Apartments

This property is located is such a great area many places around to shop and eat also right in the middle of a neighborhood so walking around the neighborhood makes it feel very safe. The property itself has many updates all the hallways have been done with new carpet paint and artwork and all new lighting making it even brighter as you are walking around the buildings. The courtyard is full of trees if you are looking for shade to sit out on you balcony to read a book or visit with some friends. I am so excited to see what the fitness room will be like. I won’t have to travel to go to the gym I can just walk o er to the o site fitness center.. we are getting new roof and patio doors as well this summer. And can’t forget about the laundry rooms located on each floor. They are putting new machines in them too. The owners really go the extra mile to be sure that the buildings are updated and kept up with.

I recently moved into a completely renovated apartment. I love it and feel so comfortable here. And the staff here are such nice people.such a good experience

Beautiful property ! The courtyard is amazing. The property is very quiet. The neighborhood is good. Excellent access to freeway. The staff is good. Maintenance is quick to respond. Manager is good. Caretakers do a good job with the upkeep. Miss the old maintenance guy but the new guy is a good replacement.
