(December 13, 2021, 5:09 pm)I went to this Napa because I had a bad experience with staff at the Autozone up the street. The staff helped me find a battery that fit my car and rung it up. I asked one of the workers here if he could help me install it. (Since I have zero know how with cars). Even though I could tell he was busy, Paul came outside and changed the battery out. While he did so he explained to me how to do it and what to look out for. Additionally, he diagnosed a clicking sound that I have been hearing for over a year. While the entire process only took 20 minutes, Paul really saved my day and was incredibly patient and understanding. Employees like him are the reason customers keep coming back. This will be my go to spot for all future car needs.
