He was very knowledgeable about sleep habits and that aided us in our decision process. Steve was also great at explaining the delivery process and we knew exactly what to expect upon the mattress' arrival.

Fantastic customer service, Ted was to the point on everything and candid about our purchase opportunities. From sales to delivery, impeccable service as the team kept us up-to-date with delivery time, speed. Staff were quick upon arrival, within 30 minutes setup an intricate bedding system. Nicely done!

The staff as always is very friendly and helpful. And it doesn't even matter which location it's in. I been to multiple ones in different States. If you're going to rent a car, this is definitely the place to go!
