(February 23, 2022, 6:50 pm)We worked with Nicholas Builders to install a new shower surround and shower door. They were very professional, on time for all appointments, kind and courteous with cleaning up, and in general a very good experience. I would certainly recommend them for any work you need and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. It was refreshing to work with a kind and respectful contractor instead of the run around you get from other businesses.
(May 18, 2021, 7:10 am)They were really great to work with. I had them do a tear down and rebuild a deck. They helped me plan it out and really listened to what I was trying to do. Clearly they knew their stuff and it looked great. The city building inspector said it was one of the best framing jobs he had seen. They were courteous and worked around some flowers we had coming up. Overall top notch. I would recommend.
(March 3, 2021, 3:40 pm)We used Nicholas Builders to finish part of our basement. They completed a bedroom, bathroom, utility room and prepped the rest of the basement for phase two completing all electrical, hvac and framing on that side. From initial bid to completion of project they were extremely transparent, flexible, timely and a joy to have at the house. Even their sub contractors were always on time, efficient and polite. They completed the work exactly as we had agreed and on time and on budget. I would highly recommend this company for your construction needs.
(December 6, 2020, 6:18 pm)We used Nicholas Builders LLC for multiple projects in our new spec home that needed finishing. The projects included a large new (and beautiful) Trex deck, build out of a lower level bathroom, drywall, trim and paint in laundry room in addition to cabinetry/laundry sink. Other additions included a tiled backsplash in the kitchen and ceiling fan installation. Jim and Brandon did a fantastic job and Holly is great to work with too! Courteous, respectful, helpful. Without a doubt we would hire them for other projects needed. Priced well and is quality workmanship. Thank you Jim, Brandon, and Holly!
