Customer service was very helpful in explaining the billing process for a new pilot program they are offering customers. Laurie did a good job of helping me understand how to track my monthly charges (and savings) under the new system.

I was having a bad week, then came home to no power. There was a confusion in communication, which missy helped me clear up and solve the problem. She was very sweet and kind, helped me way more then she should of bc I wasn't very nice to her at first. Not only did she help me, she made my day better. I apologized for being rude and she laughed and said it was ok then made me feel better about being rude to her! She didn't need to do any of that but she did, She was sent from god for me that day. You're company needs more people like her working for you, she deserves for having to put up with people like me lol
