(August 12, 2022, 1:21 pm)Had been a few years since going and procedure has changed a bit. Go to monitor to select service you need, you may also schedule an appointment. It will print you out a que number. You can enter your phone # to be texted as your que number approaches. You are able to pay with credit card here for an additional fee of around $2.
(July 28, 2022, 12:53 pm)Arrived at 9am, waited for 15-20 minutes, and walked out at 9:25am. Was able to take care of a standard driver's license renewal with the assistance of very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I do suggestive taking care of the license pre-application online before visiting as to ensure a shortened visit. Highly recommend this location.
*My one suggestion would be signage that makes it clear that you are able to check-in for a walk in or an appointment on the large tablet displays near the entrance.
