Hirshfield's Ramsey

Best Hirshfields location and definitely worth the drive (and construction traffic). Great products, too. The entire staff is fantastic -- but special thanks to Mike! This is what customer service is supposed to look like. We are happy, repeat customers.

have met two employee's 1) Wendy who came to house consult about colors & decor. I found her very helpful, knowledgeable & positive.
2) John who helped us with purchase in Ramsey store. He was also very helpful, knowledgeable with purchase & product.

The staff here are awesome. Very helpful, friendly, etc. I recently went to the monticello store and had an awful experience there. The lady working there huffed about ordering a paint I wanted and didn't order it for a couple of days. The products are great here so really its just about customer service. Ramsey's store has great staff. Don't go to Monticello.

I called today about 25 mins before store closing on a Sunday and the person who helped me over the phone was great. She answered my questions, helped me figure out what sheen/finish paint I needed, as well as color (builder had left me a bucket with a mysterious label). I sent my boyfriend over and she had the paint all ready to go. She even quickly rounded up the list of supplies I had sent with my boyfriend. Kitchen back splash wall is painted, dried, cooking stains concealed, and looking beautiful in one coat.

Overall, great service. Employee obviously takes pride in her work. Much better than big box stores. Thank you!

We purchased paint for our office in Anoka here. The staff was great - they had some suggestions for us, and advised us to go with a better quality paint, which would cover better as we were painting dark colors (black and red).

We underestimated how much paint we would need, and I called up the store to order a few more cans. They had them mixed and waiting for me when I arrived.

Great service, great paint!
