Cory at ERC Construction impressed me the most. As the owner of the company Cory was direct and informative. He did not disparage his competitors, was easy to talk to, and competently walked us through the insurance process. Cory coordinated gutter installation with Leaf Guard making sure we did not lose the original warranty and he was onsite and on the roof during much of the work. “I just want you to be 100% satisfied,” was Cory’s response to any question we had. “Since this is our second experience, we knew the product would be amazing AND it was. The part that was lacking this time was the communication to schedule the services. We were given no time lines and when I asked I got the run around or no returned calls. I finally received a call days or as much as 2 weeks later with no explanation then the installation would be scheduled for the next day. With the siding, they called from my front yard wanting to start, no notice. Great finished product. We definitely missed the service that was provided the first time around with Adam. Update, we have now purchased a door with them and it's wonderful. While waiting for the door, one of our earlier installed windows cracked! They replaced it with no questions asked! They then returned when we had trouble with the locking mechanism. I can't tell you how much business of mine they will get in the future,they truly take care of you, even after installation.”

“I would highly recommend NexGen Exteriors to anyone needing a new roof, siding or windows. 2 years ago the 14 year old roof, on our 94 year old house, was leaking as a result of shoddy workmanship from a previous contractor. We tried getting quotes and warranties from several contractors. They either claimed to not know how to fix our roof or refused to give a warranty. NexGen Exteriors was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They were able to tell us how they would fix the leaks and get the roof done at reasonable price. They also got the roof on quickly, despite scheduling problems because of bad weather. NexGen Exterior roofers were able to find exactly where the roof was leaking and also made us aware of a few problem areas that they could remedy. That winter after the new roof was installed, we had heavy snow and the following summer was the wettest on record. So happy to say the new roof not only looks great, their craftsmanship is impeccable. The leaky problems have been fixed!
