Jamie and his crew are top notch! Jamie's initial consultation was by far the most helpful of any of the companies I considered. He listened to what I wanted and offered suggestions for options I hadn’t previously considered. The crew was considerate of my needs while the work was being done and the installation was flawless. Jamie, Kyle, and Randy did an amazing job on our project. What started as adding hardwood flooring to one room, turned into a whole house transformation. Jamie had great ideas on how to improve on what we wanted and always was willing to spend the extra time, so we were comfortable with our design choices. Everyone who sees our results is impressed with how it looks, but also the quality of the results. I am very happy to recommend Jamie to our friends and neighbors.

Jamie and team did an amazing job. We had a difficult project and the team was able to navigate thru the process and deliver what we wanted. The previous owners had a darker stain on the hardwood floors. We really wanted to lighten the space and expose the beautiful natural wood floors. Jamie and team did wonders to bring out the natural wood. They also installed additional hardwood on a space with carpet previously. The cohesiveness is great. We get a lot of compliments on the overall look of our floors!

Jamie is an expert in his field. If you want the job done right, he is the person to hire. Unfortunately, we had some issues with our topcoat. It failed and resulted in scratches in the finish. The problem had nothing to do with Jamie, he received a product that the manufacturer admitted was defective. I can honestly say that Jamie’s work ethic is exceptional. After he followed the manufacturer’s directions to correct the problem, and we were still unhappy with the results, he came back a third time and completely redid the floors. I highly doubt that very many companies would stand behind their work to this degree. This cost us nothing extra. When he says (and his slogan includes this) that he has integrity as a business owner, he means it.

Without question I would hire Jamie again and recommend him highly. You do need to know that he takes his job very seriously. It is almost as if he is working on his own floor. He can be a bit short at times. When he says that you need to stay out of the house for certain parts of the finishing process, he means it (and at times, you might wonder when he moved into your house). But, trust him. Although he might be a little rough around the edges, it’s because he is passionate about his work and your floors. You will be very impressed with what your floors look like when they are done, and glad you made the choice to hire him. Believe me, we are. The floors look amazing.
