The staff is always super friendly and go above and beyond to make sure that we are needs as residents are mets. The maintenance staff is extremely fast and friendly in fulfilling our repair requests we submit. Overall, Lake Susan is a safe, family-friendly apartment community to live in .

(January 1, 2020, 1:02 pm)Lake Susan is currently managed by The Excelsior Group. The staff is always very friendly. Maintenance requests are dealt with in a very timely manner as well. They are also constantly putting money back into the buildings to help keep it up to date. Rent is a little spendy but where is it not these days.
