Courage Daily Life Coaching

I felt I had an instant connection with my coach, Linda Ward. We had a plan to reach a goal in my life. At each weekly session we talked about how that week went then added to my "homework" toward reaching my goal. Linda was so encouraging and easy to talk with. I am in my fifties and as another adult woman, it was easy to share because of similar life experience.
I am happy to say I made great progress. Linda even sent me a summary of our plan so I can consistently work with it.

Linda proved over and over again her ability to unwind the complications I brought to her. She is so adept at asking the probing yet thoughtful questions to allow me to discover myself. Above all, Linda is kind and compassionate. We all need that type of person to come along side us at times in our lives. I highly recommend Linda!!
