We can't say enough great things about Mary Pat & Erin! Our house had been on the market for 5 months with no traction. We switched to the Nydahl group at the recommendation of a friend, and Mary Pat came in and made things happen! She started bringing in prospects right away -- she's very professional and knows how to deal with potential buyers. She communicates so well, she's on top of everything and sold our house in a month in the middle of winter! She knows what to do all the time -- she's at the top of her game. We can see why she's one of the top realtors in her office. We're so thankful have found her! She and her daughter Erin are exceptional and a great combination -- best realtor we've ever come across.
