I am in the area for work and asked "the Google" for a dry-cleaners near me. A few options came up and I chose Pilgrim due to others' glowing reviews. As soon as I walked in the store, I was greeted by Maddie and she quickly added my information into the system. Easy in, easy out. About 26 hours later, I received a text stating my shirts were ready, even though I did not request next-day service. My clothes were well pressed and I even receive a $5 off the next visit. I will continue to use this business. Great customer service (thanks Maddie) and a great value!
