Friendliest staff who are dedicated to understanding your needs and providing a personalized treatment for each individual. I have been coming here once a month for massage since they opened and have had dramatic improvement in back and knee pain since working with their therapists. Also tried their diamond glow facial and loved the results! Would recommend this spa to everyone.

The best experience I have ever had. The facility is amazing and it’s people are even better. Had a massage from Laura and she did great. She was very professional and walked me through everything including their attention buttons. Added safety for the therapist and their client! You can tell this spa is run by passionate people and they truly care about each other and their clients.

I love facials now thanks to Hand&Stone in Chanhassen! Carlee does an amazing job and makes my face look like a million bucks! Their products are my favorite and I’m now faithfully using Dermalogica and Clarity to lengthen the effects of my facials. I can’t recommend facials and this spa enough!!

Great massage with professional staff in a beautiful, clean facility! Introductory rate was a good deal at $79. They mentioned they have a monthly subscription program for $79/month which is also a good deal if you plan to get one massage a month. I don't go that often, so my only suggestion is for something like a punch card where you can come whenever you want for a discounted rate (but not as discounted as the monthly subscription obviously).
