Oh, but where do I begin to tell the story of Ryan? It's all the little extra things Ryan does that we feel no other realtor would have done for us. He gives 1000% of his time and energy to make everything as stress-free as possible for you, the homeowner. Ryan did literally just about everything for us. From coordinating the contractor, carpet installation, cleaning, lighting, running to Home Depot to get last minute items for us, staging, trimming bushes, weedwacking....And he kept us in the loop to let us know how things were progressing. He responded quickly to answer all my questions. I mean, Ryan does it all....UNBELIEVABLE.. Ryan has personality galore. He is OUTSTANDING. I saw Jessica Lewis for a haircut and foils to maintain my blond highlights and it was the first time EVER that I have been happy with the results right out of the door!
