Chaska Heights

I have been working at Chaska Heights for 3 years now. Our residents and our staff truly make this place one of the best to work at. Through all of the hard times that have recently incurred we have found a way to continue the positive energy and push to constantly make Chaska Heights a better place. I am grateful for the opportunity to be apart of such an incredible community.

I am honored to be apart of the healthcare staff at Chaska Heights. We are always looking for opportunities for improvement to best suit our residents and staff. We treat our residents like family, and share countless hours spending time with them and making sure they get the best care possible. Our staff and management ensure a safe, positive, and fun environment for everyone involved. We have an excellent team of workers in all departments including management, nursing, therapy, maintenance, housekeeping, kitchen, and so much more. If you're looking for a place to trust with your loved ones, come see us at Chaska Heights for a tour and meet some of our amazing staff.

After looking at a few other locations for my Mother we happened upon an available apartment at Chaska Heights. The apartment is large, modern and well appointed a far cry from previous places. The overall facility is excellent. Staff is top notch and really cares for the residents. We moved her in November during peak of pandemic. The safe guard for the residents and care to insure not allowing the spread was unreal. and continues today. I can not thank the staff enough for the care they provide. This is the best place my Mother could possibly be in today.

Chaska Heights has a remarkable culture. The core leadership team has a positive attitude and is truly invested in the success of every employee. Staff are incredibly competent. When faced with challenges the attitude has been, “I’d rather be busy than not.” Nursing will say, “I love coming to work, when I get here I feel like I am home again… this is my second home.” Chaska Heights is an incredible community and wonderful place to work!

Chaska Heights Senior Living is very attractive, for the most part. The secured patio for Memory Care is beautifully decorated with flowers, herbs, and vegetables. There is a colorful flower bed by the front door ("Door A") of the building as well. The grounds are decently maintained, however, the landscaping could use fresh mulch and removal of dead plants. Inside, the lobby is welcoming with a nice seating area. Unfortunately, I am unable to review any aspects of the dining, pricing, or nursing care this facility provides. Chaska Heights Senior Living is PET FRIENDLY.
