“Very authentic group of people who love Jesus and want to share his love with the community and the world. I have gone to many churches all over the country, but now live in the Minneapolis metro and have attended The River Church for over 2yrs and cannot recommend it enough. Don't get me wrong, there are so many fantastic churches in the area, but I love the smaller size and intimate teaching atmosphere of the River. It's a Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA) church, but operates very much like a non-denominational church. The sermon is more like a classroom atmosphere with plenty of dialogue between the pastors and congregation. I find the interaction brings depth of understanding and insight into Biblical truths that might not have come to light otherwise. The music is mostly contemporary with some old hymns too. It's a good mix. We meet in an old elementary school so our offering money can go toward more ministry outreaches instead of building expenses. The dress is typically very casual and the atmosphere is very welcoming. If you're searching for a solid church, check it out. :)”

The pool and hot tub are maintained perfectly, and a great place to meet other residents. We have hosted events in the Community Room, and we are so proud of our home! The Caribou Coffee in the hydration room is a great benefit, and I have met other residents for coffee. The apartment suites are beautiful for visiting family or friends. I work from home, and I love the option of working from other places in the building for variety. Chaska Place is an amazing place to live!”
