Awesome community with great Coaches. Open to all fitness levels and body types. Will work with you to scale the workouts to fit what you need. Great suggestions on form to keep you healthy and progressing at your own pace.

Been living the home gym life for a few years now without a box in my area and decided to do a drop in. Place felt like home. Involved coach, welcoming class. Will be dropping in again in the future.

I needed a space to train for an upcoming Olympic weightlifting meet in early March while visiting my family. Geo, the General Manager, was so accommodating! He got me all set up prior to my visit and made sure that all of the coaches knew I would be dropping in. I was able to use their studio space for my training, which was perfect! It had all of the equipment that I needed for my training. In addition to being fully stocked, it was very clean, too! I had some brief encounters with Wyatt and Gretchen, two of the other coaches and they were welcoming and accommodating, too!

I will definitely be back again when visiting my family, and will encourage them to check out Crusher as well! The space is great, coaches are too notch, and the community members I encountered were warm and welcoming.

Crusher Crossfit is such a welcoming environment for all levels of health and fitness. I love that each class is an hour and lead by a knowledgeable coach. The coach is making sure movements are done properly to ensure safety within the class. I’ve met so many members who have since become great friends. After 7 years I continue to look forward to each day and the workouts they continue to challenge me with!
