It's been a pleasure to work with Dawson & Associates and with AmFam. The agents are very nice and easy to talk with; they are knowledgeable and helpful. I had an incident, and they responded immediately; the adjustor, too, has been great. Highly recommend this office.

I have been a business and personal customer for about ten years. Steidl insurance became Dawson insurance few years ago but the service has remained impeccable. My Claims are processed immediately. Service is lightning fast. I recently purchased a car and called them from the dealership and before I left with my new car I had a copy of my new insurance cards!!! Loren was amazing. Thank you!

Yes, it is possible to love your insurance company! My family has held an array of insurance policies with Jerry Steidl's office for many years as they are truly the most personable insurance office out there. Becky & Sara are extremely helpful every time I call and Jerry makes sure to check in periodically to see how things are going for me. Compared to the competition, the pricing is unbeatable, with Progressive and Esurance, being much, much more expensive.

When I had a disaster occur in an apartment and the landlord threatening to sue, Jerry walked me through my options and connected me with the right people at American Family to help me through. I was treated with special care and assured that American Family will protect me legally if anything that would come from the incident. Thankfully, nothing did, however without the service of American Family, things could have been a lot worse! Thank you so much and yes, buy a policy with this awesome agency!
