Will (mechanic) is incredible! He will go the extra mile to save the customer money. He took excellent care of my car and even had it done before it was expected to be! Would 100% recommend.
Will and his crew are awesome, very knowledgeable and honest. I installed new control arms and needed an alignment afterwards, dropped my car off before work and by the time I had to head home it was all set driving straight as an arrow.
Summit Auto Care has earned my trust like no other shop in Minnesota. Will is a straight shooter—honest, reliable, and transparent about which repairs are urgent and which ones can wait. That kind of integrity is rare in this industry. His rates are unbeatable, and the entire team of mechanics provides world-class service backed by real knowledge and professionalism.
I’ve been burned by multiple shops in the Eden Prairie area, but never again. I’ll gladly drive 30 miles and wait a week if that’s what it takes to get my vehicle done right the first time. Summit Auto Care is now my go-to for every vehicle I own. Highly recommended!
Will installed my aftermarket headlights himself for cheaper than others quoted, and I've yet to have any issues with them.
A few months later, he was honest about something being frozen in my trucks front end and wasn't allowing 4wd to engage and didn't even charge me for it taking up space in his shop while it thawed.
Had a brake line leak on my BMW. These guys were super friendly, and knew a lot about BMWs. They were more than forgiving with my car using up one of their lifts, when I had to look for my lug-key over the course of a day. Gave me some good tips and noticed a few things I should be aware of.
