“If I could give 10 STARS I would. I have suffered since January with pain in my low back, to hips to glutes to ankle/foot. I over- worked my body/joints in January and pretty much all my life. On top of that I have scoliosis (but have managed well with it). Super active and teach fitness classes. I was referred to a hip specialist by my primary Doctor. I prayed about this for a couple weeks and opted for a Chiropractor. After my second visit with Dr. Bethany I was pain free. (SI joint issue, pelvis tilted) I have continued to see her now 2X a week since my first visit and will for 90 days and then go to maintenance. Unfortunately with the severe degree of scoliosis in my spine, I will need to be proactive and will most definitely make Dr. Bethany a regular visit to keep my spine from curving more with age. I needed help immediately, I was not willing to wait any more. I found on line the web site of Grief Care Counseling and I decided to give them a try. Cara was awesome accommodating to their needs and also to my busy hours. All sessions were done by Zoom. The main problem was my boy, who was very angry, impulsive and even violent. Now he is again a sweet kid as he used to be and he recognized that he is not angry any more because of Cara.
