I have banked with US Bank at this location since 2000. They have always given great customer service with a smile. They have competitive products for personal and business needs. Jeremy took great care of me today, highly recommend this branch!

I have been a with Wells Fargo since 2002 and have received declining customer service. I decided to switch to US Bank and what a terrific choice. I called the branch to learn more and spoke to Jeremy. He was extremely welcoming and enthusiastic. I feel confident I made the right decision coming to US Bank. Thank you thank you!!!

Just wanted to say Jeremy V. went above and beyond for a client of mine. I have been working with a client virtually as I am in Arizona. My client went in and Jeremy definitely got more than he bargained for that day, but handled very time consuming matters with ease. He was patient and really jumped at the opportunity to help. You have a gem on your hands US Bank!!!!!

I had been waiting after reaching out several times to get help. I never once received a reply from the same individual who was to followup with me.
After this I lost hope & had enough where I was ready to pull everything after 40 years with the bank if I did not get help after one more attempt. I finally had somone act like they cared about my inquiry. That is Jeremy. He went way beyond his normal fabulous customer service and made sure I received the help I had been waiting almost two months to receive. It was not the answer I was hoping for which is ok. They have no control of that. Customer service they have complete control.
Jeremy deserves recognition for his always friendly presence at the Chisago City branch. He is extremely knowledgeable of products as well. Thank you Chisago Branch for him & thank you Jeremy for always giving it 101%!
