I have to start by saying that this store is actually and OUTLET ( for those that don’t live in the area) . However, there is a rumor that BBW will be closing their outlets but the date hasn’t been announced yet. I have been in this store in about 4-5 times during the last two years. I take my time checking the entire store and all the deals, but I wish they have baskets instead of totes since I put a lot in my tote and I loose track of what I’m buying or it gets too heavy. This store have really good deals and usually the staff is super friendly. About my last visit a while ago, I felt a little uncomfortable when using my coupons. I think the associate which is a sweet lady that has been working there for a while didn’t explained herself in a way where I could easily understand why I couldn’t use my coupons for certain products and it make the interaction a little awkward. I wasn’t trying to be a Karen I was actually, in fact confuse . So I would just suggest to train the associates to educate the customer instead of saying “you can’t buy that with the coupon” , at the end she had to tell me what items I could buy but if she could have explained herself better on first place , she wouldn’t have to tell me that.

It was 75percent off.
Plus a lot of 3 and 2 dollar items.

This is their "discontinued" store. So if you need one more shot at that Shea butter hand cream in the scent "into the night" , you could find it here. They do have a selection of their "White Barn" line. Not a tremendous amount but scattered thru the store. Love "kitchen lemon" and so does everyone else, so their were only 2 pumpers of hand soap left. But I got a "tremendous deal" on pumper soaps (pumpkin or coconut anyone??) and hand creams that were up to 90% off. 45 bucks worth of stuff for just over 20 dollars because I bought the 90-75-50% off offerings. Have fun, and just when you THINK you are done, there's something else you will find. Huge men's area, too!! Get the guy something that smells great!

Always so much fun. As my daughter stated, "people go there and smell everything in the store, weird". But seriously, it's great. Staff is very kind and helpful. Something for everyone there.
