I have been ordering motorcycle parts since 1979 Yamaha yz80. And more recently my Harley 98 fat boy my 2007 road king custom and my 2023 cvo street glide and IVE NEVER had a problem. They are excellent!!
I have bough several parts from Dennis Kirk over the years. They carry most of the parts I need. Shipping is always fast. The reason I have decided to leave a review is because I love there service and support. I have only had a few issues but they have dealt with theme perfectly. I had a pack of bolts that was missing a special nut. They where out of the bolts but they where able to get me the missing bolts I needed and shipped them out to me. The second issue I had was USPS lost my package. They immediately sent me a replacement next day delivery via FedEx no extra charge. I do not get that kind of service from Rocky Mountain.
I purchased a chrome rear wire wheel, rear tire, chrome rotor, and chrome belt pulley cover online. The prices were better than anywhere else. They mounted the tire before they shipped. Customer service was excellent. Shipping time was super fast! Will definitely purchase from Dennis Kirk again. Thank you!
Wish they had more in the showroom but that's really not what you're there for. For the amount of products they offer, they have a really good system in place to get the up to you in a really reasonable time. It's worth the drive and there isn't any place like it around. I am grateful it's as close as it is and I couldn't imagine having to wait for parts to ship afterbeing able to basically just go get anything I need same day.
Iv bought some odds and ends from them over the years. Tuner, exhaust, ignition etc. always had the parts in a timely manner. Just the way a business should be, nothing spectacular about them until recently. I bought a new step up seat for my sportster to replace my old saddlemen. Went with a drag predator 3. Had it in two days, The pan ended up ripping on the first ride even after following the instructions. Contacted drag and they sent me back to the dealer. Dennis Kirk responded within an hour of the email I sent and let me know the warranty department would return my email within a day or so. Less than a hour later I was offered a refund or replacement. They let me have another seat since I didn’t want to try the drag again they even price matched the difference after I offered to pay the difference anyway. Had the new lepera seat in two days and it fits much better and is much better quality. I’ll be coming here before anywhere else from now on. Thanks for the stellar business practices.
