Sandy L. Is amazing! After finding out that the insurance company I had been doing business was at risk of going bankrupt, she found new homeowners & auto insurance for us. She got us the best coverage for a reasonable price. I can't recommend her & Hermann Insurance highly enough.

Switched my homeowner's and car insurance to them. Then a few month later got my life insurance updated with Joann! Great to work with and very patient with me! I recommend to everyone considering a change.

I have had Hermann Insurance (Western National Mutual Insurance) for almost 2 years I really especially like the Road Side Assistance I have on both my Vehicles. The only thing I was disappointed in was that my Insurance went up about $50 last year and I did not have any tickets or accidents on either of my vehicles so it really didn't make sense to me with my way of thinking.....I think that insurance rates should go down. I renew again by January 2021 so if rates go down for good driving record and COVID19 economic concerns, I will definitely renew my same policy if not I will unfortunately be shopping around for a new policy .......I will have to say, they are Awesome at Hermann Insurance with great customer service and Fantastic Road Side Assistance Program though 👍

* I did receive a small check in the mail also for over $30 it was a discount during COVID19 shut down which was very nice of Hermann Insurance to do for their customers!

Just recently switched to this agency, i work for an auto glass company and deal with agencies ALL day; I decided to go with a local agent instead of one i deal with daily. There has been bumps in the road - but they have handled them all and sorted them all out and been very helpful. I would recommend this place to friends and family for sure.

Super helpful service with great pricing! Went from a well known insurance company I'd been a part of for years to doing a price comparison with Herman ' s. Ended up saving $50 a month for my car insurance! Plus the adjustment went smooth with the wonderful staff at Herman's. They were very personable and helpful. Will continue doing business with them and I highly recommend giving them a try!
