Very helpful. Needed to get in storage one night and my gate code wouldn’t work. I called them and they helped me immediately.

Unit was in the middle of the row. No issues with water leaking into the unit from the ceiling or door. Keypad was not the most responsive but was always able to enter and exit.

Very responsive to phone calls. Staff is friendly and goes the extra mile to help. I called on a Saturday afternoon and had my unit rented within 15 minutes.

The only issue, as other reviewers mentioned, was that my code did not work at the keypad when I arrived at the gate. However, I left a voicemail message and my call was returned within minutes on a Sunday afternoon. The team helped me get a temporary unlock code so I could proceed through the gate.

Mistakes happen. What matters is how a company makes it right - Paula and Sheldon did just that. Thank you!

Once the gate issue was resolved, I was even more pleasantly surprised at how clean and spacious my 10x20 unit was. The vaulted ceiling provides a nice upper level. Plenty of room for all my things. The promotional discount was a really nice bonus.
