(May 30, 2017, 3:49 pm)From large to small Jake does it all. Timely turnaround for meat processing, well wrapped, frozen, and ready to go into my freezer. I do like the plastic wrap prior to the butcher paper wrap, seems to keep the moisture in the meat.
