Adam J. Michalik, DO

Initially my first encounter with Dr michalik wasn't really impressive but he did something unexpected and called me back to discuss some additional medical records he had reviewed. That really impressed me and made me feel like he was hearing what I was saying and acknowledging my pain to the best of his ability newly acquiring me as a patient. I recognize that taking over a patient from a previous doctor must be intimidating and takes some time to get to know the patient especially when dealing with comorbities of health conditions. That phone call made me also realize that I may know all that I have been struggling with, but the new Dr does not. It takes time and patience on both sides to develop trust and work collaboratively on a care plan. I feel like we are now on track to move forward and am confident that Dr Michalik will be a terrific fit for my back, neck and spine specialist.

What a great physician, made me comfortable, listened and addressed my every concern, he will forever be my go to doctor, too bad we can’t clone this gentleman!

Dr. M was very personable, interested in my history as well as what's going on currently. Listened without trying to talk over me. We came up with a clear plan. From check-in to walk out, quick, professional and friendly. THANKS.
