(April 30, 2023, 10:57 am)Dunaway is the only gunsmith I trust in the metro area. There are other good shops but Sean and Hunter go the extra mile to make sure your tools work. Both of them are exceedingly knowledgeable on the current market and new gear and parts that are available and they treat you like a member of their family (kind of like going to the same barber for years).
I drive ~40mins out of my way to go to their shop. Highly recommend, 10/10!

(October 5, 2022, 1:08 pm)Went in today for an FFL transfer for the first time and they were very helpful. I also had a shotgun that needed a repair and was done quickly and at a very good price. Highly Recommend!
(September 13, 2022, 9:19 am)I really like Dunaway. I used them first a few years ago to repair a .22 rifle that had some bolt issues. They were extremely affordable and repaired the old gun to work great again. After that, I use them as a FFL and have never had any issues. Only request I would have is a little later hours into the day. If they were open to 6 pm, I could do transfers on my way home. Usually have to wait until Saturday which is fine, but if a transfer shows on a Tuesday, a guy wants to get it then. :-) Keep up the good work Dunaway.
