We recently got our house renovated and we wanted our bathroom to be on par with the new aesthetic of our place. We got into contact with Max from here and he was a pleasure to talk to. He noted down our requirements and him and his team did an outstanding job at bringing our vision to life. The bathtubs, showerheads, lighting and the floor-length mirror give a very modern touch and we absolutely love it! We cannot recommend them enough!

Truly grateful to Northland Home Exteriors for coming in and replacing my windows after a terrible storm shattered them. Luckily, the crew came in the same day I called and installed high-impact windows that would withstand the terrible weather. I absolutely recommend them!

I had all my windows replaced and entry doors replaced. After getting several bids from 3 of top window companies and numerous meetings and doing my homework for what was best for my home ,my needs, quality, value and most of all the integrity of the windows as well as the company. I chose The Verde windows and Northland Home Exteriors Company. I am so pleased with the craftsmanship and work I received from Northland Home Exteriors. Right from the start. There was no sales pitch, pressure to buy before dates, wishy-washy pricing or financing. Just straight forward honest answers to what I wanted, needed and what was the best fit for quality, durable and simple to understand what you were going to get. Everything was in writing, no hidden costs. I have never had a company owner come out to do a one on one bid, go over all products with panthlots of information to back the products offered with exact windows the installer would be installing. The installer was were very professional, polite, honest, took real pride in their work and went over above what was expected for the work being done. I am so pleased with the work done, the craftsmanship and integrity of the installed windows and entry doors.
I have seen and felt a huge difference in my heating and cooling , not to mention my utility bills have been lowered more than half. Sorry so long of a review. Just so happy and appreciate what Northland Home Exteriors has done for me, family and my home. I have a tight budget like everyone else. So, it was important to find the best way to replace 22 year old windows that did not even close shut anymore. Yet be able to afford and have a quality product that would last longer than 10-15 years and have a lifetime warranty. Most companies only give you 10 year true warranty.

We originaly had a quote from a large regional gutter fascia company, but we were concerned that the only fascia that they offered was a wood grain textured steel. After looking at a couple of houses that had the textured fascia, we decided we needed to find another company. We contacted Northland Home Exteriors and Kevin came out to meet with us. Since we had some issues in the past with a different general contractor company and the subs that they used, our biggest concern was who was going to do the work. Kevin said that one of their primary installers was working on a house just a few miles away and he suggested that we go to see his work. After getting a chance to meet Andrei, we were sold. Andrei took the time to explain the two different gutter guards that they offered and also showed us a few different things that he could do with the Window wraps. We contracted with Northland for gutters, gutter guards, soffits, fascia and window wraps and we could not be happier. Andrei is a perfectionist and he was able work around all of the issues that a close to 50-year-old house threw at him. Thank you for doing such a great job!
