“Damsel in Distress! I was traveling from Northern WI to the Cities for business and while on the freeway my car started knocking and shaking. I pulled over to check my tires even though my tire pressure and engine light wasn't on. I didn't notice a flat so... I kept going. My Jeep continued to knock and shake and I still had a long way to go, so I took the Forest Lake exit in hopes that there was a shop near the exit. I pulled into the Tire Warehouse and Service and Chris was able to help me right away. My lug nuts were loose! I am so grateful for the immediate attention and excellent customer service I received. I am also going to note his professionalism not to dog the shop that installed my new tires just 3 weeks prior. I cannot even imagine if I would have continued to drive. “Outstanding customer service! We were on our way to the north shore in the middle of a snow storm when our Subaru Forester started uncharacteristically sliding back and forth on the road, even at a slower speeds than everyone else passing us. We frantically called Fisk Tire & Auto Repair because they were on our next exit. Dave, the owner, answered, and he was able to move their schedule around to get us in right away. He dropped everything and took a test drive with us when we got there to help diagnose the issue (meanwhile our infant was napping in the backseat!). Whereas we thought the issue might be our tires, Dave said it was likely an alignment issue. He fixed it up and from then on out, we had no more issues driving through the winter storm. Dave was so gracious and honest - we would have paid much more to replace our tires but instead he fixed the real issue, saving us money and more importantly, keeping us safe on the road! “Highly recommend! I blew a tire on my flatbed trailer right in Lindstrom on highway 8. Did not have a spare. Called these guys and they were out to help in less than 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. Took my rim back, put a used tire on it, brought it back, reinstalled, and I was back on the road in less than 90 minutes. Amazing friendly service. (btw I'm getting a spare for the trailer :) )”

“Had my front breaks and rotors replaced. It was nice they gave me a loaner car to use for no extra cost and did an inspection on my car. I was also experiencing noise from back and they were able to diagnose the problem that another shop told me they couldn’t find anything. They weren’t pushy and were very pleasant to work with. Their waiting room was really nice and they also offered coffee, pop and water. Definitely would recommend! I left with some good coupons that never expire and a car that was fixed well. Plus they match competitors coupons also.”

“I don't even know where to start...The service was great from beginning to end! Josh is an amazing owner and stuck by his word with everything that needed to be done with my 2011 Chevy 2500 HD 6.6 Duramax. It ended up being a full engine rebuilt...top and bottom! The shop kept me well informed about everything that needed to be done, cost and time frame of repair needed. True 2 their word was done in the time they said and actually it was a day or two early! Cost was exactly what they quoted me...actually less. After that was done and I got the truck back I began to have issues with it so I brought it back to him free of charge and it ended up being break issues. I had to replace all the calipers, pads and rotors. Josh knowing I'm a divorced dad with 3 kids...gave me the parts at cost and a deal on the labor due to spending so much on the rebuilt! They had this done in a day and on short notice. Again Josh and his shop are amazing! Even after all this I then found out that I had a coolant leak and he took my truck in multiple times to get that figured out and it ended up being a crack in the bottom of the overflow res. Josh replaced that at no cost to me as well. On top of that Josh had a rental vehicle he gave to me to use to get to and from work at no added cost when I needed to get the overflow fixed that day! I honestly cant express this enough...Josh and Cutting Edge are amazing! Very responsive! No surprises! Just good quality service and affordable work all around! I would highly recommend them to anyone if you live in the area! Josh and cutting edge are now going to be fixing a car for my daughter! I will continue to use them. “Am from out of town and had car troubles on way to an event, had to wait till Monday to contact, as they were closed. Once speaking to them, I was able to bring car in. Needed to get home to be able to feed animals and start job on Wednesday said they couldn't promise it would get done on Tuesday,but they were working on it that morning, and I was able to head home that day at noon, wheel bearings were fine, and had a smooth drive home. Bottom line, I had extenuating circumstances and they were able to get me home on time for what I needed. Shop handles large volumes of repair necessary vehicles at a time. Reasonably priced. Have had several little things where I needed some assistance (reattaching front license plate, mounting a small tire on a yard cart). They cheerily did both - no charge. They have earned all my business for my regular maintenance and repairs. Those normal maintenance things have been very competitive on too btw … love the small town approach to building their business. Definitely recommend.”
