I only go to the New Albany, IN branch so their leather specialist can work on repairing my leathers. She's really good at sewing patches too.

Never go to the locations in Jeffersonville they are absolutely trash and should be shut down for the poor service that they provide

Awesome place! Had my daughters prom dress pressed there and it came back still wrinkled! The manager fixed it immediately and didn’t charge me! Then I received a card in the mail! So sweet! I love how they email you when your clothes are ready! Very good customer service! I will be back! Highly recommend them!

Very nice and comfortable atmosphere when entering the store, the lady behind the counter was very informative and professional. I made it a point to show her a stain on one of my shirts and she assured me that she would not let the shirt leave the store with that stain. When I picked up the shirt there was no stain. She even assured me that she did not want me to leave the store with my freshly cleaned shirts unless I was totally fine with them. I was a little concerned about the price per shirt, its quite a bit more than I am used to paying however I will be back, Customer service is the name of the game and this store knows how to do it. I was even provided a box to store my hangers in and once the box is full I can bring them in to be recycled. AWESOME! Thanks,

Staff is friendly and helpful! Cleaning service is excellent. They always take the initiative to replace buttons and other needed repairs, just what a cleaners should do!
