Really great move in experience and I will say that after calling many other local storage places, this one was by far the best on thorough and professional communication, hands down! We moved things in a day after a snow storm so I'm not sure how quickly they plow if at all but we aren't worried. I'm really glad we decided on them!

Easy peasy! Having never done a storage unit before, the procedure and the help I received was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and patient.

I went to move into my unit and found it uncleaned after construction and the floor full of concrete splatters. Made 1 call and was switched to a freshly cleaned unit. I'm very pleased with customer service.

I highly recommend. Service and facility were both top notch. Facility was clean and easily accessible. Service was awesome. I initially asked for a unit that was too small. Upon arrival, when I discovered I needed more space, they were great about letting me pick my new unit and handled the change in fee right on the spot.

Highly recommend Gopher State Storage for any of your short term or long term storage. Friendly and very accommodating staff that focused on providing a solution for my needs for for space. I have tried other facilities in the past but this experience was just different and a great experience from the start. Communication was great, staff beyond friendly, facility is secured and new, and the location is perfect. If your looking for storage needs CHECK THEM OUT!!
