EXP Realty: Kim Ryan

I bought and sold my first home with Kim. She was very helpful, and I got more than I expected for my house!

Kim is VERY knowledgeable. I would recommend Kim to friends and family who want to sell their home, condo, etc. and those who are looking to purchase a home, condo, etc. that isn't their first home. She put together multiple offers and was patient with me until the end. The MLS notifications were helpful; I used these as well as Realtor.com to find houses I was interested in looking at. Kim provided two-three options that weren't technically on the market. I searched for a home for approximately 1.5 years before finding THE ONE and I worked with Kim during this time; I'm picky! It's a tough market for buyers right now, especially first time home buyers. Main reason for not giving 5 stars was related to communication; texting her was better than emails in my opinion.

As a new home buyer she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions and helped us find a place that works perfect for us. I would highly recommend Kim.
