Always very responsive to service calls when needed. Recently had a hot tub with no power. They helped troubleshoot the problem (blown fuse) via phone and text on a Saturday morning.

We have had our refurbished spa for a year now and have received excellent service. The delivery was impeccable and prompt. We didn’t know a lot about hot tubs when we go it and had to call a few times for help. MinnSpas tech was on scene the next day testing the water and helping us figure out how to balance our water levels. They are there every step of the way if needed. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

We were fortunate to find MinnSpas for our Hot Tub moving/relocation. The team was able to safely AND without any damage or scuffs, remove my 8 person aka BIG hot tub from our old house to our new home. They even made suggestions on how to properly level our hot tub at the new house as it was extremely tilted and would not have been smart or safe to operate the hot tub for any extended amount of time. Their service was so professional I would have no hesitancy in purchasing any of their products as well!
