My experience here so far has been fantastic!  Being new to the area and needing to find homeowners insurance for my new home in Minnesota, I called Joe Etten State Farm Insurance Agency.

Unfortunately, it was close to closing time when I called.  AMBER GARRETT,  Account Manager answered the phone.  She took the time to answer ALL of my questions and made suggestions on how I could save some money, by bundling insurance.  She was very knowledgeable on both homeowners and auto insurance.  She gave me a price quote for both with and without bundling, while I was still on the phone!  I didn't have to wait for a call back like other insurance companies told me.

Ms. Garrett went above and beyond what l was expecting.  She stayed at the office late, on a Friday night, so I could come into the office and set up both homeowners and auto insurance.  A very professional and pleasant lady to do business with, a true asset to the office of Joe Etten, Agent.
