Our water heater broke over the weekend and due to Easter we called Greg on Monday. He was able to come out the next day. He arrived on time at 8 AM just as he said he would. He got the old water heater out and installed the new one in 2 hours. He also corrected another issue with the valves making it safer. I would recommend him to anyone. He is a small business and it is nice to help them out and get quality service. I would utilize his services again and recommend his work to others. He also followed Covid precautions and rolled out a mat to protect the floors and stairs.

Our kitchen sink was draining so slowly and then barely at all (on Easter no less). Called Apple Valley Plumbing Company Monday morning and Greg was able to come out the same day I called. He cleared our drain, noticed a pipe dripping that needed replacement and ended up replacing a rusted drain basket (28+ years old). Fast, friendly, prepared and experienced. Very fair pricing and when he found the additional problems, he showed me the issues, gave me a quote on the spot and let me know what we could probably do ourselves if we wanted to go that route. I had first called a bigger company (found a coupon) & they couldn't even schedule a visit for 5 days. I'm 100% sure they would have charged a whole lot more, too. Couldn't be more happy with the service and so glad to have my kitchen sink back again!

Reggie was very polite and professional. He fixed the problem in short order. He even made a trip back to Lowes as the faucet I had purchased had a used part in the box !!! I would certainly recommend them highly and plan to use them again as I update my bathroom hardware.

I called after hours & left a voicemail, I received a call back 20 minutes after they opened the next morning! Very polite & professional. He was able to come out the same morning & took care of my clogged drain as well as I had him replace all the pipes under the sink that the previous owner cobbled together. He had all the necessary parts & equipment to do the job without needing to make multiple trips. It's nice to support local Private businesses that take pride in their work too!! Our water heater went out last Tuesday night. I called Apple Valley Plumbing at 7:30 am the next morning and Greg (the owner) answered and said he would be at my house by 9:00am. He had a new water heater delivered and by 11:00 am he had it installed---now that is quick!! Great job!!
