(July 15, 2022, 2:05 pm)I recently purchased a 2023 Honda HR-V from Walser Honda and had the best experience. The GM, Brent Fangel, has created an amazing team and culture at this shop! I worked with Andrew Dosse and he is a top notch salesman. His knowledge and professionalism made it an enjoyable experience and I was in and out of there in about an hour. I highly recommend Walser Honda and be sure to ask for Andrew!
(January 18, 2022, 10:44 am)Our family just recently ordered and purchased a new 2022 Honda Odyssey with the help of Hannah Krutsch. She was amazing, helped us every step of the way, even on her days off. Her dedication to her customers goes above and beyond, something that is hard to find these days. They were so accommodating, especially since we were out of state customers. They ordered accessories and had them installed before we even completed the purchase so that we wouldn’t have to come back a second time. Their extended warranty doesn’t even compare to anything out there, both in coverage, and in price! We will definitely be lifelong customers. In fact my niece is always working with Hannah to make her first purchase! Our family gives Hannah 10 stars!
(October 12, 2021, 1:50 pm)Great experience with Walser Honda in Burnsville relative to that at other dealerships. I would recommend them, though I do feel that they can do better with regard to pre-sale reconditioning. The car I purchased had some light scratches that I did not see prior to purchasing that would be pretty easy to remove for any experienced detailer. The interior also needed a good once over once I got the vehicle home. My car also came with no floor mats, which I found a bit odd.
