  Our Salesman, Mo, was straightforward, honest, helpful, and patient. The dealership has a good selection of vehicles. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

  I bought in my car for an oil change. The service rep and staff were super friendly and awesome. The oil change was very speedy; it took about 30 minutes. There were two things from my experience that prevents me from giving Toyota Burnsville five stars. The first thing was that the mechanic made my interior very dirty. It looks like the mechanic touched the interior with their soiled hands. The second thing was that they overly marked up replacement costs. They quoted me $92 to replace my cabin air filter. The OEM cabin filter costs only $40, so $52 for labor?! I bought the cabin air filter myself and spent 5 minutes replacing it. I would've been fine with them replacing it at a fair market price. I hope Toyota Burnsville can improve their business procedures to satisfy future customers.

  Toyota Burnsville gave me a complimentary car cleaning/detailing. My car is super clean now!

  Burnsville Toyota is awesome. David G. in service is super helpful, honest and kind. I can always trust him to get my car fixed. The rest of the staff is wonderful too. The lobbies are spacious and clean. I moved out of state and miss having a car dealership where I feel comfortable spending money and trust the staff team.

  Greatest people in the world. Conner and Tyler did an amazing job helping me and my family find a car that we love. They went above and beyond to see that we got the best deal possible and I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome. Very thankful that I came to this dealership today.

  The moment I walled into the spa, I could feel the zen. It was trendy yet relaxing. Victoria did my nails. She told me about the organic ingredients they use and I think I'll go back again bc of that. Price was worth it and they gave me extra stuff!!!! I used a groupon btw.

  Went in to Pisces Spa Essential for a deep tissue massage. Maja, the massage therapist that I was appointed with, was awesome. She helped relieve knots I had for weeks due to the gym. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The atmosphere of the rooms helps to really relax you for the massage. I give this place an A+.
