Chavis Vacuum & Sewing

I stopped by the Chavis location with my Hoover carpet shampooer — could not get a tricky part back in place after cleaning the machine. Michael helped with the difficult part and had it in place in two minutes, then finished putting everything else back together in another few minutes. Would not accept anything for his service. This would have taken me an hour to figure out! Sure wish more businesses would offer such great customer service!

I've been going to Chavis vacuum for over 12 years. Bill and Jeremy have always treated me and my family great. What a great team of employees they have to help us out. I just trade in my old Riccar vacuum for a new one with updated features. It works great and we love it. I am extremally happy they took the time to show me the new vacuum.
