River Ridge Apartments

My family and I enjoy living here, kid friendly and so much playgrounds around the neighborhood. The new management Peri and Liliana are awesome. The maintenance crew are on top of things Especially Dave, he get the job done on time and professionally. We are so excited for clubhouse and the pool this summer.

The community here is nice. It’s a great location with easy access to main highways. It’s safe. The grounds and buildings are kept clean. Pricing is realistic and fair. Maintenance has never been a problem, quick turn around. Staff is friendly and wants to make living here enjoyable. Resident of 5+ years

Nothing I don't like!! I've lived here for a year now. Great and professional management team, they work with you not against you to ensure your living experience here at River Ridge is exceptional. Any service repairs happen within an hour of requesting. Great community of renters as well!! Newly updated bldgs. My Apt was completely renovated with all new Hardwood flooring, kitchen cabinets and countertops.. !! A great place to call home!!

The leasing office and maintenance team strive to get things done in a timely manner. Everyone is kind and professional. Overall very satisfied with my experience on this property and I’m excited to see the new clubhouse that is being built. The property even put on a scavenger hunt for the tenants this summer which was a hit! I would recommend this property to anyone looking to rent.

I’ve never rented there, but I have swam in their pool. It was a delight. Very refreshing water on a hot day. There’s an adorable husky on the first floor that I stare at when I sneak in and swim. He is so dang cute! Pretty much the most beautiful dog ever. I believe that adds to the aesthetics of the building. I think they should add a water slide and a hot tub that’s only open at night for adults and a swim up bar.. then I would give 5 stars.
