Dr. Keith Carlson did an amazing job with my lasek eye surgery. Very professional and gave his honest opinion throughout the process. Before the surgery, Dr. Carlson made sure I was well informed of my options and how the surgery would work, how the recovery process would be closely monitored, and what eye drop medications I would need to use during my recovery. The surgery itself did not hurt and the staff helping during the procedure were very knowledgeable. As someone who wore glasses for 13 years and contacts for about 8 years for long hours, I was ready to not have to worry about bringing contact solution and glasses everywhere I went. I had my Lasek surgery May 14th and I am happy to say I am 20/15 today I'm both eyes without any corrective lenses. I can do fun things now like go kayaking and actually see the shore line! I can jump into a pool or lake without losing a contact or needing to wear goggles. I wake up in the morning and can actually see my ceiling fan! Most of all, I can work long hours at the hospital without needing to change out of my contacts and into glasses half way through my shift.
